BOP is growing.
Over the past year we have expanded our team, deepened our work across the UK and internationally, and taken on some of the most ambitious projects in our 25-year history. The updates we are sharing reflect that momentum.
We have three updates to share.
Welcome, Lord Ed Vaizey. We are delighted to welcome Lord Ed Vaizey as BOP’s new Senior Advisor. Ed brings deep policy expertise and a global perspective from his time as the UK’s longest-serving Minister for Culture and the Digital Economy. His appointment reinforces our global ambitions and will strengthen the strategic insight we offer clients.
Congratulations, Laura Caldow. Laura has been promoted to Associate Director. She has played a central role in building our portfolio and reputation across the Gulf region, and her leadership continues to shape our international growth. A thoroughly deserved step up.
Farewell, Jonathan Todd. After ten years at BOP, we bid a fond farewell to Jonathan, our Chief Economist, who is taking up a new role as Chief of Staff to the Mayor of the West Midlands. Jonathan has been instrumental in shaping our evidence-led approach to culture and the creative economy. We are proud of everything he has contributed and wish him all the best in this next chapter.
As our team evolves, so does our ambition. We remain focused on delivering rigorous work for our clients, supporting the creative economy at home and abroad, and building a team ready to meet the opportunities ahead.
