BOP assessed if a new Smithsonian museum in London would attract audiences and be financially viable.


We analysed the market for cultural attractions in London, analysed potential income streams, and identified opportunities and challenges for the Smithsonian.


We helped the Smithsonian define its market positioning in London, set targets for the number of visitors to attract, and forecast income generation from trading and fundraising.


The announcement made headlines internationally, with coverage in the New York Times, the Washington Post, The Guardian, the BBC, Time Magazine, NPR, amongst other publications.
