Working across the business, Will is leading BOP's approach to people, finance, technology, compliance, and knowledge management.  He ensures the values of the organisation, its highly supportive internal culture, and the considered approach of the team are nurtured and grown as BOP realises new opportunities.

Will has a background in architecture and senior leadership roles in the charitable sector, most recently at the Royal Institute of British Architects. He brings his experience of leading significant teams and delivering broad programmes of work to help BOP implement its business strategy, building on 25 years of expertise and knowledge in the arts and creative industry.

In his previous experience, Will has led multi-team departments orchestrating transformative stakeholder engagement programmes within the built environment and architecture sectors.

Will holds a BA and a BArch from the University of Liverpool, and an MSc from UCL. He is a Fellow of the RSA.

Beyond BOP, Will is a keen baker and appeared on the Great British Bake Off in 2022.
