Supporting the project and operations teams, she ensures the office runs effectively as BOP enters its next stage of growth.

Tomomi has a diverse skill set, gained as an office coordinator, consultant, and practising artist. Previous to BOP, she led operations for a busy consultancy and has gained first-hand experience in business operations through her work at Deliotte and Capgemini. 

With years of consulting experience in multinational companies, Tomomi has developed an ability to identify areas of improvement and implement effective solutions that produce tangible results. She has a passion for both analytical and creative realms, allowing her to bring a fresh perspective to every new project she undertakes.

Outside of work, Tomomi practises art, creating drawings, paintings, and prints. Additionally, she volunteers as a tour guide at Cameden Art Centre.
