Adept at project and stakeholder management, Rhiannon has worked with a wide range of clients in her time at BOP on a variety of projects including programme- and project-level evaluations, impact studies, and standalone research projects.
As an evaluator, Rhiannon’s key projects include the programme level evaluation of Arts Council England and the National Lottery Heritage Fund’s Great Place scheme, the evaluation of years 8, 9 and 10 of the BFI Film Academy, and work with the British Council across a number of their programmes, including the UK in 2022 programme and their arts activity across Sub-Saharan Africa. More broadly, she has also worked on evaluations for projects with Create Central, RHS Wisley, the National Centre for Writing, and the London Creative Network.
Other key recent projects include her work with the Social Design Institute at UAL to develop the Design Value Framework (a key pillar in the Design Council’s Design Economy 2021-2024 research programme), working with the Local Government Association to understand more about the interplay between, and opportunities for, Combined Authorities and the creative industries, and work with the Birmingham and Coventry Cultural Compacts to understand the different opportunities for engagement with the public, private, and third sectors.
Prior to joining BOP, Rhiannon worked in a range of roles, including as a consultant at the Audience Agency, where clients included the Royal Shakespeare Company, Birmingham International Dance Festival, and Culture Central, and as a freelance consultant for Writing West Midlands, providing audience development support for their Creative Europe funded project READ ON.
Rhiannon holds a B.A. in English from the University of Birmingham.
Rhiannon is an experienced consultant who has spent the last decade working in multiple roles across the cultural and higher education sectors, joining BOP in 2020.
