Marianna leads on the development of evaluation frameworks helping clients generating the evidence base to support key decisions. Marianna’s specialisms include the development of theory-based approaches supporting both summative and formative evaluations.
Before joining BOP Consulting, Marianna worked at RSM UK and Ipsos MORI. At RSM UK, she led the Economic Consulting team on the development of theory-based evaluation frameworks, responsible for overseeing the robustness of the research work underpinning impact studies. At Ipsos MORI, Marianna was part of the Policy and Evaluation unit, working on a range of evaluation projects for UK, European and international clients across the public and not-for-profit sectors.
Prior to working in the private sector, Marianna was the Research and Evaluation Manager at Young Enterprise – the UK leading financial and enterprise education provider – where she set up the evaluation practice, and oversaw the charity’s expanding evaluation expertise.
Marianna graduated with an MSc in Development Economics from the School of Oriental and African Studies University of London, and a BSc (hons) in Economics with Economic History from Queen Mary University of London. She is a member of the European Evaluation Society and a Social Return on Investment Practitioner Training (Social Value UK).
Marianna is a researcher with extensive experience across evaluation techniques developed across the charity and private sector.
