At BOP, she leads strategy projects for key clients in the MENA region. Her work in cultural asset strategy, talent and ecosystem development and Creative R&D strategy is informed by her deep experience in the performing arts as a creative practitioner, working with organisations including The Royal Ballet, The National Theatre, Barbican, Sadlers Wells, Brooklyn Academy of Music, The Hollywood Bowl, Opera Comique Paris and Salzburg, Bregenz and Edinburgh Festivals.
Laura has delivered income generation and business model reviews for cultural venues including international theatres, concert halls and museums, as well as business cases for innovative organisations in the museum sector. She has also led and published research on the creative freelance workforce, including a feasibility study for a creative worker income guarantee pilot programme with the University of Sussex.
She holds an Executive MBA with distinction from Bayes Business School, City University of London (formerly Cass) with a specialist in strategy.
Laura has over 20 years of experience across the cultural sector as a consultant, producer, researcher and creative artist.
