Isabelle is a highly experienced consultant and researcher, who has worked across the built environment sector to help clients in the development of estate strategies, capital projects and placemaking experiences in the UK and internationally.
She works extensively within BOP’s cultural master planning team, supporting organisations, developers and visitor destinations to realise new cultural programmes, capital developments and place shaping.
Before joining BOP, Isabelle advised on estate strategy and development for an international breadth of clients, including the University of Melbourne, Trinity College Dublin, Grosvenor Estates and Buckland Development.
She has published widely on topics around the built environment, notably on the architecture and master planning of university campuses and new communities. Publications include University Trends: Contemporary Campus Design (Routledge, 2022), Chapelton: The Making of a Town (Turnberry, 2018) and University Planning and Architecture: The Search for Perfection (Routledge, 2015).
Isabelle holds an MA in History of Art from the Courtauld Institute of Art and a BA in the History of Art from the University of Cambridge.
