Yvonne Lo, Senior Researcher

Yvonne Lo

Yvonne has over four years of experience in programme evaluation and public affairs in Asia and Europe.

Yvonne works across BOP’s research and evaluation portfolio. She also runs the World Cities Culture Forum, managing its research programme and the relationships with Asian cities in the network.

Her recent projects include an evaluation of the Asia-Europe Foundation (ASEF) culture360 portal, data research for the UNESCO Global Report 2017, the evaluation of the BFI Film Academy, and a comparative study on the public finance for culture in 16 world cities.

Yvonne studied a Master in Public Administration (International Development) at the London School of Economics and held a BBA (Hons) in Global Business and Economics at the Hong Kong University of Science and Technology.

Yvonne enjoys playing music and is a violinist at the All Souls Orchestra. She held the Fellowship of Trinity College London in Recital in Violin and a Recital Diploma in piano.
