Bethany has over four years of experience as a project manager, researcher and consultant at BOP. She takes on key roles in the delivery of projects across BOP’s research & evaluation and building & regeneration work.
Bethany project managed and conducted quantitative and qualitative research and analysis for two recent large evaluation projects, including an impact study of the Royal Opera House’s Learning & Participation work in Thurrock and the Thames Gateway, and a three-year evaluation of Creative Scotland’s Arts & Criminal Justice programme.
She was closely involved in providing a market analysis, audience development policy and evaluation framework to support a major new museum development for the Royal Court of Oman, and in establishing a Cultural Strategy for Bellway Homes’ new developments at Nine Elms on the Southbank.
Bethany completed her MA in Cultural Policy and Management at the University of Warwick. She is a fluent German speaker and prior to joining BOP, worked as a programme manager at a UK-German bilateral youth exchange organisation.
Bethany line manages BOP’s work placement students and the interns recruited via the Social Mobility Foundation each year.
