In a varied career Alex has worked for media and publishing companies, university research centres, the national government and Fulbright Taiwan. He was educated in both Taiwan and the UK, and is currently completing a PhD in psychology.


Alex is based in Taipei.

Alex leads BOP’s consulting operations in Taiwan, working with our clients there: the Ministry of Culture, the Taipei City Government and the Taiwan Land Development Corporation, among others.
