Mark Thompson's MacTaggart lecture

29 August 2010

The director-general of the BBC, Mark Thompson, has been getting plenty of press coverage for his MacTaggart lecture at the Edinburgh International Television Festival. The full text of the speech is here.

Jeremy Hunt offers his thoughts about the BBC's future in an interview in Edinburgh here.
