Team Coordinator, based in London

We are looking for a Team Coordinator to help us as we build our international business. You will proactively manage some of the most important functions of our business, alongside providing general support for our consultancy team.

Key accountabilities:

— Managing our new business processes and ensuring they are effective and efficient
— Managing the functions of the office - liaising with IT, facilities management, and HR
— Supporting the MD and Directors on project related issues
— Working on ad hoc projects e.g. our 20th birthday party or transitioning between IT systems.

The person:

— You will have a proactive and flexible approach to work

— Some experience of project management an advantage

— Ability to work independently, take initiative, prioritise workloads to meet deadlines

— You will be collaborative and flexible, in keeping with our company culture

— You will be detail focused and a team player

— We think it might suit someone who has a ‘portfolio’ career
