Research to produce a clear market-based assessment of the priorities for skills development in the AV sector in the three northern regions, based on mapping existing supply provision, analysis of recent Skillset surveys and detailed consultation the AV sector through industry panels and 1-to-1 interviews. The research will be used by Skillet and the Cross-Regional Industry Panel to plan Skillset’s own investment and to influence the plans and investments of key partners, mainly LSC, RDAs, HE/FE, RSAs.

Analysis of key drivers for the AV sector, from which a number of future possible scenarios for film, TV, games/new media are generated, in order to assess skills implications through to 2010. (With Catalyst Media and Experian)
